Well, its been a while since I've posted here.
As I've had a few people access my site I thought I'd better blog some more.
I read an interesting article in the online Canberra Times today about Robert Holmes aCourt not signing a will and hence dying "intestate", and the legal wrangling is only now over - 20 years after his death.

A nice reminder we all need to ensure we have wills in place.
Increasingly it is also sensible to have an "enduring Power of Attorney" in place. An enduring power of attorney enables your attorney to continue to make decisions on your behalf even when you become incapable.
